When i brought my 1st car in the oil change technician was just sitting around looking at his phone which i had requested Adam work on my corvette anyway. When i brought my 2nd vehicle in, the lube tech performed the service but did not check the air filter, did not check the cabin filter ( passenger door never opened) and who knows what else he didn't do.

Prompt, friendly service, just what I always expect Ed Morse Chevy. Plus they keep track of my vehicle maintenance, reminding me to rotate the tires and in this case spotting heavy wear on my rear brakes, so we could schedule repair before it becomes dangerous.

The savanna dealership was taking there sweet time playing games, they weren’t ready for us to sign on the new truck at all. They still haven’t even gave me any of the paperwork even though they got everything they needed. Very disappointing for a dealership
