Rear-wheel drive is the usual drivetrain on both vehicles, with four-wheel drive as an option, though some of the upper-level trims come with four-wheel drive standard. if you plan on doing any traveling off-road, we recommend 4WD for the power distribution to the wheels for better, tighter handling.

If you want the most space possible for groceries, accessories, and your passengers, we’d recommend the 2025 Chevy Suburban. If you want a slightly smaller ride with a smaller wheelbase and tighter handling (but still massive amounts of space), the Chevy Tahoe is a wise decision.
